Recently I saw a great movie called “Try It On Everything”. It is about EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique, for some it may seem a mysterious technique because it works on energy points that were discovered by ancient Chinese but in fact EFT is fairly new. The movie is worth spreading to the public since EFT is quick and simple and it gives astonishing results. I think EFT should be taught in preschool worldwide but it has to “tip” to become so popular.

The movie “Try It On Everything” can be seen as an instructional video to learn EFT, but there is also a story about each of the participants. Ten people were invited for a long four day weekend workshop. They had awfully deep issues and the movie starts with their descriptions. Some of those issues were: years of sickness, chemotherapy, back pain, insomnia, lack of belief to be healthy, unworthiness, reoccurring nightmares, depression, fear of speaking in public, food cravings and overweight, spinal injury, being stuck between the pain caused by smoking and the pain caused by non smoking, phobias, traumas… All of them were supposedly permanent. Participants were told to try a little technique called EFT. It was meant to release stuck energy, sooth energetic disruptions. EFT works simply by bringing a problem to mind and tap on special points. Most of the issues were healed completely after the first or second day. It was staggering to see all participants’ faces at the end, completely relaxed, healed and happier.

I’ve been using EFT for over a year now and I still learned a lot from the movie. I’ve estimated that if I was about to pay a $1000 for knowing or not knowing EFT I would pay it, for me EFT was already worth more.

EFT can be used for healing, boosting confidence, accelerating the Law of Attraction, unleashing your potential. You can use it anywhere even on short breaks. Thomas Edison once said: “If we did all the things we were capable of doing, we could literally astound ourselves.” Some more quotation from the movie:
“Joy doesn’t cause blockages, it is anger, guilt etc.”
“Each of us has potential to be brilliant.”
“We are profoundly powerful people.”
“Accepting yourself doesn’t make you stuck. “
“Life was meant to be enjoyed.”

“Try It On Everything” features famous stars from “The Secret” like Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield, Joe Vitale and many other great teachers that are still not known so widely. Jack Canfield said: ”If on a scale from 1 to 10 your life is 3 then why so high? Why isn’t it 2 or 1?” that helps people to focus that there is always something nice already in everybody’s life. The next question is: ”What could move it to level 4 for you?”. Bob Proctor said something like this: “It is time not for a slow incremental growth but for a quantum leap to become the best of who you are. Everybody has that capacity.”

The workshop was lead by 5 practitioners: Helena Johnson, Rick Wilkes, Steve Munn, Nicolas Ortner, and Carol Look. Nicolas Ortner presented a little explanation: Imagine that everyday you get 100 units of power or $100. If something has happened to you in the past that cost $2, you don’t pay it just once, you pay it everyday whenever you replay the emotion. Energy goes where your focus is. If you focus daily on what’s bad that’s where your energy is draining out of your body. Traumas create blocks on energy pathways but Energy is supposed to flow thru you. You are spending your $100 on bad emotions and additionally traumas are blocking new income. EFT brings that power back. Tap and take it back. What can you do with your full energy dose? What would your life look like if your pain was gone? Tapping on energy points excites electrical system in the body. Chinese applied pressure = acupressure or needles = acupuncture on those energy points. Those points are on the head, collar bone, under arm and on hands. It is shown precisely in the movie where and how to tap. While taping repeat the statement “Even thou [your problem here] I deeply and completely accept myself.” If you get emotional just keep tapping. Check the level of intensity after each cycle. From 0 - no feeling to 10 – highest level of distress.

What was surprising to me was that tapping on someone else’s issues can help yourself. We have a lot in common so you can tap on someone else’s issues. If you beat yourself up, or someone else does it then tap and say “Even thou I am a total mess I deeply and profoundly accept myself” and “I am perfectly right to feel this way” acknowledge that, admit it. Freud said that this is therapeutic “The way to heal is to have no secrets”. 70% of our thoughts are negative and limiting our power. When you were a child you downloaded behaviors from your parents and they became your behaviors. We often make decisions based on beliefs we took at a young age. Only two fears are inborn: fear of falling and fear of loud noises, the rest is taken from the environment, mostly from our parents.

After watching that movie twice I must say that it was done professionally and received a lot of care. The movie has a fantastic music background, when I realized it I rewound back and said “wow!”. Compositions on the screen are pleasant, important info is explained in captions. The workshop took place in a quiet location, rooms were furnitured and arranged nicely. It is worth watching multiple times not just to awe but to acquire and implement all the tips that were presented.

Do you want to learn more about that mysterious technique, to learn the remaining part of the secret? Get the movie here: “Try It On Everything” and start using this fascinating tool called EFT.

There are no more than 300 people in Ireland with the diet as healthy as mine! I am raw vegan. What is vegan, what is raw? Vegan is a person who eats exclusively plant food and doesn’t use anything that comes from animals. That means no meat, no dairy, no eggs, no fur or leather. A raw vegan diet additionally excludes everything what is cooked or processed with heat. At least 80% of raw food intake qualifies to be called raw. Currently I eat 95% raw and had several 100% raw days, that means that I am probably in the top 100 of the healthiest people in Ireland, well at least healthiest physically, I don’t know if mentally
I will show you what I eat on an average day. Then I will provide some statistics. At the end I will list advantages and disadvantages of being raw vegan.

This is what I eat daily:

3 oranges

a pineapple or cantaloupe

15 bananas - main supply of calories, some proteins and minerals - I snack them throughout the day.

10 apples

1 carrot

walnuts, brazil nuts - selenium, proteins and fats

15 tomatoes

4 stalks of celery

spinach and mixed greens - nice minerals

some radishes

herbs

1 pepper

some sprouts

seeds

a bit of seaweed - because of iodine

avocado - fat and iron

extra virgin olive oil

omega 3-6 flax seed oil

occasionally:

strawberries, raspberries, blueberries,

kiwi

lemon

cucumber

grapes

coconut

and whatever is available in the store

I always keep a stack of fruits in my room and another stack in my office, that is very handy for snacking throughout the day. There is a saying “An apple a day and doctor goes away.” It seems that I am sending a whole department of doctors away Perhaps they can find a job in agriculture. For lunch and dinner I eat vegetables. I have a shredder and I prepare a gigantic salad for few days, once I’ve made a 10kg (20 lb) of salad and I ate it in a week. I like to wear vegan T-shirts. You can see them in the photo gallery. I thought it would be offensive to people, but unfortunately people like it

How many raw vegans are there? Those are just approximate proportions:
4% of the total population are vegetarians
4% of vegetarians are vegans
4% of vegans are raw vegans
4% of raw vegans are exclusively raw vegans

I’ve never been vegetarian. I became vegan overnight but it took me several months to adapt to the raw food. Currently I am between raw and 100% raw, and who knows one day I will live purely on the light from cosmos

What’s good about being raw vegan?

All raw vegans report more energy and vitality.

Raw foods retain vitamins, full proteins and enzymes for digestion.

Quick to prepare.

Practically no dish washing.

Good for the environment - no energy needed for preparing food, less carbon dioxide, more oxygen from plants, much less packaging, much less work to do.

Saving money on pots, stoves, microwaves and electricity bills - for that money you can send your doctor to Bahamas, you don’t need him aymore

Less sleep required by: vegetarians 30min, vegans 60min, raw vegans 90min.

What’s bad about being raw vegan?

I look too young, I am 28 and I look like 22. I would prefer to look more serious.

going more often to the toilet, that’s because of large amounts of water and fiber

Being raw is weird in social situations, but it could be taken as an advantage especially for grabbing attention

Was it hard to become a raw vegan? No, not for me, it is like climbing the mountain, it was curiosity and satisfaction. Once you are raw the perception changes and then raw food has more flavor than cooked food, it is because taste buds adjust to the eaten food. Than means that raw food tastes better to raw than to normal people. This is the key to understand that in fact it is easier to be raw. This is a shock for the society but humans are the only species to eat cooked food. The food you eat does not just pass thru you, it builds you up. You are build from what you eat. That what I eat now tastes better than any other food before. It is easier, more efficient, money saving, great relief for the environment. Raw vegan diet is unique, you just had the opportunity to read about it from one of the healthiest people in Ireland.

This year in May I was on a seminar by Joe Williams. He is a great motivational speaker with a lot of experience in leading meetings, he closely cooperates with Anthony Robbins. There were plenty of people form the entire Ireland - both northern and southern.

Those are the most important notes from the Joe’s talk:

Emotion and Energy is something you generate, not something you are waiting for.

remind yourself how did you accomplish seemingly impossible goals in the past

unconscious mind is 30000 times more powerful than a conscious mind, that means that you can achieve and earn at least 30000 times more using it.

everyone has 3 opportunities per month to be a millionaire, but we are filtering it out

dream big!

create enough strong WHY if you want accomplish something

use amplifiers: sound, movement

Joe told a funny story about a golden buddha reminding us that we are greater than we look like. The story goes like this:
Long time ago in the wilderness there was a tribe that had a lot of gold, once they decided to make something great of it and they melted it into a buddha sculpture. They were happy and it was a top treasure for the tribe. It happened that a foreign tribe was a real danger for the tribe so they wanted to protect the precious sculpture. It was so heavy that it was unmovable, the best idea was to cover it with mud. The layer of mud around the golden buddha hardened so for the intruders it looked like nothing worth, amateur, stone sculpture. Because of scarcity the secret about true nature of the sculpture was kept for years and never publicly revealed, it was too risky. From generation to generation fewer and fewer people knew about it until the last old man died and the secret with him. The times were safe now but no one even expected that they had an enormous treasure in the middle of their village. People had nothing special to appreciate and were disappointed that their ancestors had build such a primitive sculpture. On one sunny day a young boy went playing football and a ball stroked the sculpture leaving a crack on it. The boy was amazed with the shine coming from within it, he alarmed the villagers and all together crushed the entire hardened layer. From that day the magnificent golden treasure was warming their hearts, they knew that they are rich and always were.
This story tells that we as people are an enormous treasure but we had forgotten our true nature because of the scarcity. Even if it is safe today to get rid of the cover that keeps us unworthy we still haven’t saw our true internal light.

That was a fantastic, inspiring event and Joe Williams showed a lot of charisma, expertise and enthusiasm. Thanks Joe.

This is a review of the “Unleash the Power Within” (UPW in short) seminar by Anthony Robbins that took place on 22-25th February 2008 in London. I will explain here what happened from before the beginning, how it was on the seminar in details and how it is several months after the seminar. You will also get a list of values extracted from my notes.

How I got there? In the year 2007 I started to attend live seminars, workshops and classes but going to such a big event as UPW was outside my mind. One day I ordered a free book by Anthony Robbins, that was from a very popular ad on the internet. It was a real paper book, very short that I even read it quickly long time ago but it turn out to be a very valuable book that I still review from time to time. After ordering it I received a call from recruiters and I understood that the free book was a just a catch to get potential clients for the seminar. I didn’t want to go there in the first place, after a long discussion I put down the sales person and was proud my reasons were that I could spend time and money in better ways, I could evolve faster on my own, I was also too overwhelmed with other events, had no time to process the material and gather thoughts. But after few weeks and Christmas holidays I had time to contemplate and I thought if I want to be great I had to act like a great, rich person and this seminar was an opportunity to do that, so I decided to go. I called the same salesperson and bought the ticket. The cost ranged between 600 - 1500 USD and more. I bought a ticket in the middle of the audience. Before the seminar I did a simple visualization to be close to the stage, I also set the intention what I want to get from it. I wrote it down and I was prepared. As it showed up on the place since I was there on my own each day I could find a single vacant seat near the stage. Sitting far is also not bad because you have a magnificent view on all big screens and the sea of heads.
It was a four day seminar. The morning first day was a registration, you could arrive early or late, there was a lot of waiting anyway and even a delay afterwards. But when the seminar started everything got into an outrageous motion, the whole afternoon until late night Tony Robbins was preparing us to walk on fire. To read about the firewalk see my previous firewalk article. All four days were about techniques to literally unleash the power within. There were three basic things physiology, focus and language. It was shown that even a change of 2mm can be the difference between being average or outstanding. The seminar was very well organized, probably because it is repeated many times each year in many places on the Earth for many years. There could just be some more toilets. I heard before that possibly there could be some ads promoting Tony’s products, but it was clean with a one huge exception. On the third day when all the crowd was already conditioned, in a peak state, excited, virtually furious Tony introduced his Mastery University which is a bundle of three very expensive seminars. At that time it was very hard to resist the temptation.

Tony has a great charisma although he can’t write clearly on the board. It is either done on purpose or a big shame. But don’t worry there was almost no writing at all. Tony doesn’t drink water on the stage and he takes breaks when the audience is busy, so it is unnoticeable. There is an impression that he is on the stage all the time constantly and in a peak state. The fourth day was about health and Tony was only on videos. That day the main person was the second speaker: Joseph McClendon III. He is an older, very entertaining, black, smart guy but for the money he gets he could show more wisdom.

During the seminar I took plenty of notes. Below are the extracted values:

See things as they are, but not worse.

Change is automatic, progress not.

People don’t know who they are.

People are adapting to be like other people.

Be spontaneous and not judgmental like a little kid who while walking can jump occasionally without a reason.

Charisma = Energy

The more you give the more you receive.

You cannot conserve energy by being still. The more energy you give the more energy you receive. Use your energy when you are tired

Celebrate first in the area you want to improve.

Fear stops.

Stress do not exist, it is fear.

You go inside when you think you are not good enough.

Two major human fears are: “I am not good enough” and “I won’t be loved”.

Do not fight with fear because it will cause more pain. Instead align with it and free up. There was an example from martial art how to release your wrist when attacker grabs it.

The story we are telling ourselves why we don’t have something is blocking us from having it.

Emotion is your life.

Do you think about the future to look for what you can control and what you can’t control?

How do you feel when you are proud / grateful / excited ?

What you focus on you feel.

Habitual language gives meaning to your life, so be careful.

Replace bad feeling phrases with a funny ones like replace “everything is broken here” say “this is slightly inconvenient”.

You have 65000 thoughts per day, 95% are same as yesterday.

Think about something you want to achieve but you always put it away. Would you do it today if that was the requirement for Tony Robbins to transfer 30 million dollars to your bank account by tomorrow?

When you are depressed you focus on yourself, to break depression focus on someone else.

Human beings are not they behavior.

Success formula: Define your outcome, clarity is the power. Know your reason why.

The strongest force that controls you is behaving consistent with your beliefs. When did you get those beliefs?

Expand the sense of who you are! Move outside your comfort zone.

All progress comes from breaking the pattern.

People can do more for others than for themselves.

The story of a kind act never ends. There was a real example of a good waiter that treated restaurant guests like a family, Tony liked that restaurant especially because of this waiter. There was a chain of events.

People lives are a direct reflection of the expectation of their peer group.

Proximity is power.

Rapport is power.

70% of all information available for humanity is on the internet.

People like people like themselves or who are like they want to be.

Style is more important than a substance initially.

2 millimeters in golf is a huge difference, 2 millimeters on a face can decide of it’s beauty, if you raise your chest by 2 millimeters it can decide if you became a successful millionaire.

We learn because we associate new things with things that we know.

In electricity a resistor can be explained as a gauge in a pipe of water.

something good gives poor results,
something excellent gives good results,
something OUTSTANDING gives all…

The whole life is controlled by values and beliefs.

Disappointment gives best results.

A way to master something is to model someone outstanding.

A business is when you have free time, a job is when you must work all the time.

Health equals energy.

Energy comes from cells.

The quality of your life comes from the quality of your cells.

All cells needs oxygen, water and ability to eliminate waste.

A cell can live forever.

Killers of cells are: lack of oxygen, disturbance to the electric field, physical rapture.

Blood is the river of life.

You have 3 times more lymph than blood.

Source of disease is accumulation of toxins.

Disease is due to deficiency of force.

Disease is the cure. It’s the way of eliminating toxins.

It is easier to sell to an existing customer than to a new one.

The cause of the pain is rarely the source.

During the seminar there were plenty of games we were played, some of them:

Introduce yourself to as many people from the audience as you can, but do it in a few different ways. First with a hesitation, acting like being scared, afraid of rejection . Secondly greet a stranger like your good friend that you haven’t seen for a long time. Then introduce yourself like to a person from whom everything depends: your finances, job, family, put everything you can like in a life and death situation.

Mirror other people dancing

Get into someone else’s feelings by mirroring their entire physiology.

Give a quick massage to other

Explain your goals and your fears to a total stranger.

After the seminar the buzz stays for many days but the motivation can easily fade in few weeks. This fact is used by recruiters and you can expect a call from a salesperson offering you another seminar during those days or even months afterwards. That’s how I bought a ticket for a different seminar “The Next Step” with Joseph McClendon III, it will be few months from now and I will certainly write a review about it.

There are several techniques from the UPW that I use nowadays, that seminar showed me a greater view on life and first of all it gave me more power which it was all about - unleashing it .
If you have a chance to go to one of the Tony Robbins’ UPW seminars it is absolutely a good investment, people remember it for years and some go multiple times. This flat article can’t explain that multidimensional event but at least you got the glimpse from how it started up until now.

Break the fear of public speaking with Toastmasters

I am happily surprised. I’ve just received “the most improved speaker award 2008″ from my local Toastmasters club. Toastmasters International is a worldwide network of clubs for developing public speaking skills. Below you will read about how meetings look like, what will happen if you join and at the end you will be able to do a search for a nearby club.
The first step in improving your public speaking skills is breaking the fear of standing in front of an audience. Most people fear it more than death. You can overcome this fear with Toastmasters quite easily in a safe and supportive environment. It doesn’t have to be a speech straight away, there are plenty various roles like introducing a word of the day, saying a short poem or just saying few words in a proper time.

Meetings are very organized and the program is almost identical in all clubs globally. Most clubs meet fortnightly or weekly and duration is usually two hours with a break in the middle. The first part is informal and is mostly filled with impromptu speaking, that means that one specified person - a Topicsmaster - asks a question to someone in the audience or waits for a volunteer which has to give a quick answer off the cuff. For beginners it’s hard, the first few times I was selected I stood up and couldn’t breathe, the heart was pumping loudly, I just kept thinking “Why me? I have nothing to say on that. Couldn’t they ask me another question?”. Now I volunteer on every meeting and I like to say something even if afterwards I have back thoughts like “I forgot to say about the most important thing”, “I could say it without tension” etc. I like it because I know that it’s normal and I see some progress. Usually there are plenty of interesting questions during the first part of the meeting.

The second part is more rigid and timed, those are the prepared speeches and evaluations. That is really cool because in Toastmasters we do evaluation internally - one member to another like a friend to a friend. In some clubs like in mine there are even paper slips that anyone from the audience can fill in with a feedback and comments about what could be improved and what are the strengths of the speech.

Any interested guests are always welcome and it feels good to all members if there are guests. First three meeting a free, then if you decide to join there is a yearly fee of something about $90 and on each meeting about $5 for renting the room, prices vary. You will receive helpful manuals at the beginning and then a not so helpful monthly magazine sent to your address. When you join Toastmasters and decide to give speeches you will get an assigned mentor - advanced member who can guide you or at least give some clues. I have a privilege to have a mentor who was a president of the Toastmasters International several years ago.

Now you should know how to break the fear of public speaking. Do it with small roles, volunteer to answer impromptu especially if the question fits you. When you join you get manuals, a mentor and warm support of other members. I definitely recommend Toastmasters. You can search for clubs right here: www.toastmasters.org/websiteApps
Remember, the first three meetings are free but you will know straight away how much it can help you.

In Dublin there is a motorway around the city which used to be clogged. The entire motorway is now under great modernization and the traffic is getting better. However there is a toll bridge which is causing many delays. Even thou I am rarely going there I wrote an email to the administration of this motorway. That’s what I wrote:

Hello

I know that you are thinking about a new system for the toll bridge on the M50.
My idea is to do the following experiment: remove the toll bridge and introduce a donation system instead. People then could do a donation online or by post once or few times a year. Additionally to the online donation you could introduce donation by text message from a phone. Donation: Fair not Fare system. I know that sounds ridiculous … but only today, in the future it will be common.

Benefits of the donation system:

drivers save time because of the smooth traffic

you save on keeping the toll bridge, employees, accountancy.

Those people collecting cash in booths can go home and spend time with their families in the park instead of blocking the motorway and inhaling smoke or they can find a constructive job.

Many people can donate not only those who go thru the toll. You can even get a surge of money from companies supporting that idea.

it is good for the environment because of fuel saving: stopping and accelerating consumes enormous amount of energy, with millions of cars going thru toll yearly that’s a lot of fuel.

Satisfaction. Donation feels good, paying fees feels bad. How about that! Millions of souls feeling good not bad, even if it is for a moment.

Everyone wins, only you risk a downside, but you can also have unlimited upside if you do it properly. It is possible that you could get more money from donations and saving on the toll bridge than form the fees.

How to convince people to donate? Use media, use billboards, refer to trust, solidarity, fair play. This is an experiment, if it succeeds others can take example and it can spread thru the world. You could be the first!
Put billboards on the side saying:

DONATE Let Dublin shine example in the world !

keep M50 open, go to m50.ie and DONATE !

I’ve donated (picture of a man standing from the crowd)

Donated by now xxxxx €. Needed yyyyyy €

Without a toll bridge we are saving Your time. Donate!

Hope this idea went to someone who thinks. If it is not you then forward it to someone who can.

Regards

Feel free to use the text above, modify and send it to your local toll bridge administration.

—————
Update: a month after writing this article I was going thru that toll bridge and as I was preparing to give coins they opened the gate and said that motorbikes go free (I was on a motorbike), what a shock, what is going on? Did I manifest it somehow or what? Surely it wasn’t my email. I don’t know if it is permanent or temporary but such a nice coincident gave me a lot of weird happiness for a whole day.

This is a review of the recent Abraham-Hicks’ seminar that took place in Dublin. It was the first Abraham’s seminar in Ireland.

The title was “Art of Allowing”. There was about a thousand of people. It was worth to attend. The seminar started with a quick introduction and the rest of it was Abraham answering to the questions asked by people from the audience. I was one of them, read about it in the previous article. I took plenty of notes. Below are the values that were conveyed:

Larger part of everyone of us is non-material and is expanding as we are expanding here in this lifetime.

When you give attention to something you activate a corresponding part in yourself.

When you turn to who you really are everything flows.

You think too much about where you are. You are perpetuating current situation. Instead put your major focus where you want to be.

It’s OK If you don’t exactly know how it is to be in your ideal situation. Example of doing it wrong way: any negative thought will add to the sickness, not only thinking directly about sickness. You don’t have to study all the negative side effects to get them.

If something terrible happens, and it feels wrong, it is actually not done yet. I’ll repeat it is not done. You confirm it when you put negative emotions and your direct focus to it, and then you are perpetuating it every day reliving it. Things that happen in a material world are not real, you make it real in a nonphysical larger part.

If you are at the bottom you can’t take too big jump as from being depressed to total happiness. Feel just a little bit better, first feel anger that gives you the energy, then after a while reach for hope that opens the door.

Every great person was at some point unrecognized, so if you are doing a good job but you are discourage then that’s normal.

Never the same question is being asked twice. Every time and every person ask it differently.

Life’s purpose is ever unfolding. You can’t just do it, you can live it.

Purpose is intended to be eternal. Growth and expansion is good, but actually joy is the purpose.

Let go of the resistance that keeps you form getting what you want. Everything else is ready to happen only your resistance is holding you back.

Having problems is not necessary.

Put attention to the wellness

You never get it done, you can’t do it wrong - about your purpose.

A deadline should be spelled a lifeline because it is not the end but the beginning of more “deadlines”

If you are focused on what’s nice you can shine even in the time of crisis.

If you are not selfish then you have nothing to give.

We are really living like on islands with different kind of people on each of them. Those are vibrational islands. Other people have no access to you if you vibrate at a different level. It refers to good and bad people.

When you see someone in a bad situation, they perhaps are in a better situation than you. It is because you don’t know their feelings, settings.

The world is big enough for everyone. Find your place instead of trying to change the others.

Thru breathing you get faster alignment to who you really are. Running is sometimes better than consciously trying to do breathing meditation. It is because when you run you are not frustrated, you feel joy and breathe deeply.

Appreciation feels better than wanting. Appreciation is the key.

See things that you like as already done. That’s how people can bend spoons by the power of mind.

Constantly focus on what you want.

The higher your vibration the less resistance of the source flow.

What you ask for it is done! Stop thinking that just because you don’t see evidences it is not done. Thinking that it is done creates, thinking that it is not cancels. Immediate physical evidences are really negligible for creation even if we physical people see it as the only reality.

You can get more pleasure from feeling good about what you want than after getting it. If you want a house you can get more pleasure form the vision of it than from living in that house later.

Look on others who have what you want so you can get the feeling.

If the quest is joy the goal will manifest.

Sometimes you can hear better an answer to your question asked by someone else because you see it from a different perspective and you are more relaxed.

Do you believe in power of your mind beyond what you live?

Focus on wellness to be a great healer. Wellness is better than healing because it is focusing entirely on the good.

As you can see the seminar was all about the low of attraction and the art of allowing. If you think it is valuable then visit abraham-hicks.com and find there materials and info about seminars.
