Some time ago I wrote a post about a Money Free World and now I discovered a website where similar concept is in action. The Freeconomy Community is a network of people who are willing to share their skills and tools with other members for free. Fundamental rule of this community is that there is no money involved nor any kind of obligation, their web address says it all www.justfortheloveofit.org

It’s easy to join and of course it’s free, then you can add to your profile all the skills you willing to offer and set your location. Search by members or services in the specified radius of your location, there is also a map view which gives a quick overlook of nearby members. It would be nice if there was an option to add a travel location, currently if you like to check a different city then you have to update your location. I saw that there are lots of members already and the more members the more powerful this community is. In what situations is Freeconomy useful? For example when you need a specific tool, qualified help, mentors, support buddies. Whether is a computer problem, a need for a driller or a cooking advice, support in a foreign language or a meditation buddy… (the list is countless) in each case freeconomics are willing to help you, and an altruistic help actually gives satisfaction and joy so this is a win-win solution. Check it out for yourself www.justfortheloveofit.orgSimilar Posts:

Some of the initial inspirations for this website fade away long time ago, I used to be interested in 2012 shift in Earth consciousness and similar stuff like indigo, crystal, rainbow etc. children. I guess it was a side effect of turning to a vegan diet. I suspect that “indigo children” concept is a scam, same as with 2012 planetary enlightenment. I even considered shutting down my website as evolution is designed to be a slow process. I believe however in many paranormal stuff like out of body experience, multiple incarnation. I quit my job because I realized that life is only a dream so why work in a dream Yes I am retired at 28, The world is dream like but it is hard to change it at will. Einstein said “Reality is an illusion, albeit very persistent one” that’s why sometimes I consider going back to work but first I will try other possibilities, and perhaps I would go to a physical work for fun, lol.

Want a website? Here are three simple options. The best form of a website is a blog so I focused on wordpress. Wordpress is the best bloging software that will give your website richness and simplicity of posting.

The fastest way to set up a blog is to go to http://wordpress.com and sign up, it’s as simple as setting up an email account. In few minutes you can have your own website with an address like this http://overstep.wordpress.com where “overstep” is a custom name. You will get a nice control panel where you can customize your website, change themes, view statistics, but most of all you will be able to publish your articles in such an easy way as writing emails. No other skills required and all is completely free. The main downturn is that you probably want an address like this “yourname.com”, if that’s the case then leave this option to your grandma.

The second option is to buy mentioned domain name “yourname.com” for about $10/year and host your website for free. The best free hosting that I found and tested is http://xtreemhost.com – this is as of the year 2009, if you are reading this years after then just do a google search for “best free hosting comparison” or “free host review”. Back to xtreemhost.com – first sign up for a free hosting and buy a domain name. That way you have your private website. It will be empty, you can put there your own html files. How to do this? The simplest way to write your single paged website is to write it in a Microsoft Word or in other editor, then from the “save as” or “export” menu select “html”, save your file as “index.html” and upload to your hosting via FTP. This will give a simple website, however highly recommended is puting a wordpress on your hosting. Go to http://wordpress.org/download and follow the installation guide. Wordpress is free, you got hosting for free and only paid $10 for a domain name. The downturn of a free hosting is that on occassions your website may not be available to your visitors or the page can load slower than usually.

Third option is to get a good paid hosting. I highly recommeng Bluehost. This is where my website is hosted. The price plan is 6.95/month if you decide for either 2 or 3 years. Why people like Bluehost? It is the best professional hosting for the price of a regular hosting. Bluehost has unlimited space, unlimited transfer, free domain, support is lightning fast, FTP access is fast too. Control panel works well and there are many amazing features. Wordpress software is already in bluehost panel so you don’t need go anywhere else to get it.

Whether you choose any of three options above go ahead and keep posting. Once you have some great material online you need some external links to your website so you get happy human readers that are amazed by your website – commonly abbreviated to “traffic”. To get external links register your website to free web directories like dmoz.org, full list here http://www.web-directories.ws/General/Free/, also do include your link below your forum posts and in your email signature. For a nice kickstart of popularity submit your articles to http://blogcarnival.com – it is a community of bloggers that help to promote good websites, it is better than just link exchange because articles are reviewed and filtered by someone. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click “More blog carnivals…” that will lead you to http://blogcarnival.com/bc/clist.html Sort by “Next Edition” and select upcoming carnivals that are best match for your articles. Sorting carnivals by date is the best because they are often poping out two weeks or so before publication. Creating a website is a begining of “either a daring adventure or nothing” – it depends on you not on Hellen Keller.

Topicsmaster is one of the most important roles in Toastmasters club. Last Monday I did it and below are listed question that I asked the audience. They were not as easy as normally on a topics session. I wanted to know audiences opinion and my how I would behave asking those questions.

We have a St Patrick’s day. What are the most important Irish qualities?

What product was your best choice, product that gave you most satisfaction, which served you well above your expectations?

“Statistically, 40% of all home study courses never even get opened. They are still sitting in their original packaging.” How about you? What courses, trainings, books, CDs, utilities or any products you intended once to use but you did not take action? Explain why.

Communication – what is important in communication, whether personal or written

Imagine an alien race visiting our planet. They want to know who we are and want to speak with one of us. Our representative will welcome them and introduce the whole human kind to them. Our planet will represent ……….

Astral Projection. There are people that claim that they can separate their consciousness out of the body. What is your opinion on astral projection. Is it dangerous, are there any learning and growth possibilities or perhaps it is a hoax and nothing to worry about?

There is a popular question “What would you do if you had only 6 months to live”. We are going to turn it around. What would you do now if you had “only” 600 years more to live? How would you spend those 600 years?

and those were spare question that I didn’t asked:

Now we going to time travel. What is the future of Toastmasters? How would meetings look like a 500 years from now?

If you had a chance to stay on a stage for 2 minutes in front of a million people and could say something what would you say?

What are your assumption that you suspect that they may not turn out as you thought.

Give some public speaking tips

Customers needs anticipation. What new needs will customers have in the future?

Which person has helped you most and why?

What services would you like to recommend?

What is the best way for you to learn?

What are your plans for the spring?

What film would you like to recommend?

What is your favorite holiday destination?

What is your favorite place to have lunch?

What do you usually do on St Patrick’s day?

How does a topics session look like? There is between 15-20 minutes to do that. You sit at the top table, explain your role saying that there will be about three people per question, answers up to two minutes, avoid controversial topics like sex, religion and politics. Guests do not have to answer but they can volunteer if they want to. You also give a chance for members to volunteer but it is better to pick them by name, in that case the surprise is greater. The purpose of a topics session is to rehearse speaking off the cuff, give concise answers in unexpected situations. Topics should be easy to answer within a broad range, usualy taken from everyday life and recent news.

February was a month of my chakra trial. Chakras are “imaginary” energetic disks in our body through which our physical body is connected to the spiritual world. Chakras are like plugs through which Neo and other folks could connect to the Matrix so following this analogy we are currently like in a Matrix and our level of awakening and aliveness depends on how highly those chakras are conducting. It is not an official science, chakras are seen as a new age term but there are plenty enough respected sources that confirm their existence. Many open minded people use this knowledge in some way. Even more not so open minded followers believe in their existence, so I had to put it to test. There are seven major chakras as seen below. That’s all you need to know for now. Have a look at it and then learn how to use chakras and read about my experience with the trial.

How to use chakras?
The best way is to energize them through visualizations. Start with the lowest red chakra and then go up one by one. Visualize each chakra as a spinning galactical disk and breath in the “energy” through them. You know what’t energy don’t you? Everyone is talking about it. But you know what, no one really has a full undersanding or experience of “energy” so be easy and flexible on this. Each chakra has it’s own color so visualize that the inhaled stream of energy has also this color. Exhale it through the top of the head cascading all over the body. If you are a complete novice and you convinced yourself that you can’t visualize then you can rub or press those places. Why to energize them at all? When chakras are spining well and when they easily transmit the “energy” then a person can easily release emotional blockages, have support in healing, increase self esteem, increase awareness and have a balanced life.

Trial Results
I put it to trial and results were surprisingly weak. I’ve been using it before and thought that this trial will make me at least a superhero I took only a minute or two per day even thou I knew that the most effective way is to get relaxed first and give more than one minute of attention per chakra. So maybe it should be a 10 minures daily. I noticed that while energizing my spine thus entire posture gets straight. I also tried something called Ho’oponopono. I repeated to each chakra following sentences in a random order: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. I forgive you. Thank you.” Now that gave amazing results. Overall I still do not have a 100% proof if chakras are a scam or a higher wisdom but in my experience it works, sometimes very weakly and ocasionally blissfully, I will use and continue to experiment with chakras, it seems to be a good tool, at least for now.

Summary
Chakras are coloful, energetical points thru which a vital energy flows. Try it for yourself, is it just a fantasy or an effective tool? Visualize spining disks and breath in a stream of colorful energy. Somehow it wasn’t the best time for such a condensed chakra trial but definitely I will use it sporadically. The March trial is about Tai Chi and I enjoy it.Similar Posts:

The greatest factor that determines your future is the kind of information you consume. What are your major sources of information? Is it TV, radio, newspapers or “news” websites? If yes then your future sits in prison and won’t be released until you quit completely those restrains. I did it over a decade ago. Yes a decade! When I was a kid I used to watch TV a lot, like many other youngsters each day after school was filled with several hours of sitting in front of the box, obviously even while eating. School homework wasn’t a priority. My father didn’t like it, he kept limiting my time spent in front of the screen because he was able to see that most of the program was just to grab attention and only occasionally there was something worthy, I didn’t see a problem in it at all. For mom it was not easy to get me away from the screen to do the chores. I was very resistant until my father went to a hospital for a while. When there was nobody to limit me I reevaluated what I’ve got so far from those countless hours, and realized how many of the content is totally unrelated and temporary. From then I loosed much of the interest in any mass media and it dropped from there in a few years to zero. I channeled my time into education and my grades went up. It was good for that time but it wasn’t the most effective way to grow mentally. I didn’t know about accelerated learning techniques or personal development and I didn’t have a computer not to say about internet access at that time. Non the less cutting down mass media was a great decision. I am happy and there is nothing to miss when I am free to explore sources of information with a choice of finding easily large amounts of great content. Currently the best such source is Internet and it will be for the next few decades. Internet is in fact a collective medium where you can find everything else and it is being enriched constantly. Surely there are traps and most of it’s content is not the best possible choice but it gives a vast, nearly unlimited field for finding and exchanging information. The distance between your brain and the information you seek is measured in seconds, it is mainly determined by what you type in the search engine. Use Wikipedia and clean search engine like Google.

Other than internet sources where you can easily select valuable content (like self-help etc) are paper books, audio books, live workshops, seminars, direct contact with wise people. However the most advanced source is connecting to your “higher self” or to your spirit guides. This and other solutions would become available to us if we free ourselves from lower forms of media which for many people today seem valid. That is illusion only created by false associations. A TV screen became a symbol of technology many decades ago, it was ok up to the seventies and eighties of the last century but today it is a disaster for human awareness. Most people however still have this association created years ago. What associations do you have with television? How it feels like when you say the word “television”? (…) this is not a suitable name for a medium with such drastically narrowed and misinterpreted view because it sounds like Glory Hallelujah. TV should stand for Trash Victimization, Terrible Void or Truth Violation. Now imagine someone saying “I watch Trash Victimization for 3 hours daily” – it doesn’t sound appealing. If you say “…but I like it” then you are most likely addicted to it, a person with a healthy personality wouldn’t even watch it for 5 seconds. There is a great article by Steve Pavlina about overcoming news addiction. Go for a 30 day trial without mass media, ideally remove TV from your house, cover it or turn it face back if you are in a hotel room. Replace radio with clean music and audio books. If you want to replace newspapers with something great then there is a tool called a feed reader – it automatically collects articles from blogs of your choice into one place, one of those readers is google reader. Subscribe to blogs that you trust to have a good value for your time and that will guarantee expansion of your consciousness. This blog – weoverstep.com is designed to do that .

The future of the human kind is largely determined by the content that each person is exposed to. You have a choice to change your individual focus which has an effect on the total focus of humanity. Currently the best source of information is Internet and it will probably be for the decades ahead. It is hard to imagine the future of internet, If evolution will go slowly it will serve us for centuries. If we will have a breakthrough in technology it will mutate into another monster, or it will be replaced by something more intricate. Perhaps soon we evolve enough to connect consciously to so called “oversoul” or “collective consciousness” – we are plugged into it all the time but we are not able to pull information from it on demand. I also wonder about intergalactic internet and exchanging information with other races, but I think I am going too far. In this article I talked about something else. If you want a quick summary of this article then it is here: be free of detrimental mass media that are not worthy of any focus and replace them with media that give you an easy access to the best available and nourishing content that you can get now to attain higher level of consciousness for yourself and humanity.Similar Posts:

veganvideo.org - This is an amazing video, perhaps the best vegan video I’ve ever seen. What I like most is that it is pleasant to watch so you can show it to everyone. That kind of video is more likely to convert omnivore into vegan than a cruel and harsh one. This video focuses on what we want first of all – that puts the law of attraction in motion – the future is being build right now.

Recently a celebrity Heather Mills donated one million dollars to supply vegan food for children in Bronx.

Below is an extremely inspirational video made by a vegan guru David Rainoshek from juicefeasting.com. He explains the steps and upgrades that you can take in your food-style. (food-style sounds better than a word diet

Vegan is a person who doesn’t eat or use animal products. There are over ten million vegans in the world today and it should grow if we want our planet to evolve. Ten million is just a tiny fraction of the total 6.7 billion population with 134 million new little human beings per year. Vegetarians doesn’t count – eggs and dairy will not let us make as big progress as we want to make. Being vegetarian is far less beneficial for our future evolution as being vegan. Going vegetarian could be just an initial step but staying vegetarian for a long time without progressing is lame. Yes vegetarians are lame and a bit unaware of what is the whole cost of animal business. If you want to know the truth explained in a non brutal way and discover the reasons why going vegan is such a great opportunity to nearly create a heaven on Earth then have a look a this:

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
Go vegan and attain higher awareness, global perspective, higher frequency in spiritual terms, be more in tune with nature and yourself. It will positively affect your karma (fate) and psychic skills. Spiritual development was one of the main reasons when I switched to vegan, I did it overnight two years ago.

MENTAL BOOST
Get clarity of mind and peak performance by eating vegan food, especially when it is raw. Human kind is able to boost it’s intelligence by breaking the attachment to animal food and exploring plant based, nourishing food.

HEALTH
Go vegan and detoxify your body enormously, let every cell finally “breathe”. Be free from the heart and blood malfunctions. Plant food contains no cholesterol at all, and it is very rich in all nutrients including proteins and especially fiber. Vegan food will keep you slimmer and give you more energy, better health and longer life. When most of the world will become vegan then hospitals will have not much to do, doctors would have to respecialize to different professions. That will give extra labor for constructive purposes.

ENVIRONMENT
Go vegan and save planetary resources and cleanse the planet in a most effective way possible. Growing plant food takes hundreds times less water than animal production. It may seem trivial or funny but animal excrements have huge impact on the pollution, so huge that it is more that entire world transportation. Mostly because of the cows – even for vegetarians. Go vegan and stop the greenhouse effect. There are constantly trees being cut in a rain forests to get more land for the cattle. Most of the fertile land is used to grow food for animals which is highly ineffective, much more efficient way is when people eat plants directly, vegans are heroes for the planet. If everyone was vegan we could even reverse deforestation. Can you see now why being vegetarian is lame? Wait there is more…

ECONOMY
Earth is able to feed seven times over the entire human population with vegan food. 70% of grain production goes for livestock. Since vegan people are slimmer and lighter less fuel is used for transportation. People, especially from USA and UK, are overweight by millions of tons – that would be millions of tons of fuel saved each year. Maybe even airplanes would fly faster

FAIR PLAY
Animals you eat directly or through their products live in small cages with no sunlight, they are brutally treated no matter what. Killing them is not as bad as breeding and lowering them to the level of nuclear waste. Each time you buy animal product you pay for the the terror, humiliation and execution of alive beings. Animals were supposed to be free, wild and get their full grace and respect. Live and let live!

TASTE
Discover the true taste and variety of plant food. It can be done especially by eating more raw food. Currently I am near the end of a 30 day 100% raw vegan trial and I can tell you that I am surprised by the difference in taste just by increasing raw food intake by a few percent. Eating raw is cool but being just a cooked vegan is the biggest step you can take that I can now think of. If nearly everyone was vegan then there would be plenty of healthy, tasty and cheap vegan, organic, raw etc. products on the shelves. All restaurants would be vegan.

Why going vegan is so important? Let’s see what other people have to say:

“Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.” - Albert Einstein – moron Einstein never heard about vegan diet. How about other quotations…

“The time will come when men such as I will look upon the murder of animals as they now look on the murder of men.” – Leonardo da Vinci

“I am in favor of animal rights as well as human rights. That is the way of a whole human being.” – Abraham Lincoln

“As long as there are slaughterhouses, there will be battlefields.” – Leo Tolstoy

“The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” – Mahatma Gandhi

“Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages.” – Thomas Edison

It’s a shame to live on a planet where the top intelligent species are nor willing nor aware of the jump they can make in evolution. Eating animal products is mostly emotional, it’s attachment, it’s more like a learned addiction. Luckily it can be easily and safely replaced with a solution that gives stunning results. If you are not vegan yet then you are not letting our planet to expand and you are not functioning now at your full capacity. Do you know that being a vegan is easier than you think. Do you want to be a professional human being and step up? If yes then go vegan for the heaven sake!Similar Posts:

This website weoverstep.com was established in late December 2007 which was a year ago, but it was promoted and started received back-links in April 2008. At that point weoverstep.com had about one visitor per day, today it is ten visitors per day. From April 2008 till the end of that year weoverstep.com got 1500 visitors. Demographically it is spread mainly in English speaking countries, nearly half of the visitors come from USA, then about 7% are from Canada, 7% from UK and 7% from Ireland. Ireland stands high because there is an Irish section, the same is with Poland, there are 5% of Polish visitors, at one point I plan to diverge that section into a separate Polish website. Interestingly high is a level of German visitors – about 2%. Non the less there are visitors from all over the world.

This is the fiftieth post. Nearly half of all posts were published in December and I plan to continue to put high attention to this website. In the last month most popular posts were:

Raw veganism stands high and it’s good because this is the most important factor for our human evolution. More about it in the next post. Weoverstep.com gets many visitors searching for Abraham-Hicks seminars, this is because I was the only one who dared to write a review of their seminar.

Weoverstep.com is designed for people wanting to explore possibilities and ways for human evolution. I call it evolution but I mean a quantum leap or passing a threshold where people realize and utilize their power. Weoverstep.com is my main output of creativity and it is also a long term test. Two years from now I want it to be my main source of income. At the moment the total yearly revenue is $20 from Google AdSense and $10 from affiliates. It was more than enough to cover previous hosting. Now website is set for a high traffic on a new hosting. The forum is also set and ready. What I need is more clever posts and plenty of clever visitors.Similar Posts:
