100% Raw Vegan Trial – day 3

My first 3 days of a 30 day, 100% raw vegan trial went well. 3 raw days in a row is as far as I went without a trial, each next day will be a new experience. During my trial I am going to continue taking a multi-mineral-vitamin pill every few days as I normally do. I am taking it mainly because of vitamin B12 needed for vegans, but also because of some exotic minerals. My diet includes enough minerals, but this is just in case and to add on top of what I eat. I am also taking small amounts of extra virgin olive oil, which I treat as raw. I perhaps may include also sauerkraut which is fermented but raw.

I start a day with a glass of pure water, then I squeeze 4 oranges and drink the juice, then some clementines. On some days I eat sweet fruits like a cantaloupe or a honeydew, I eat half of it or whole, if half then I add two or three bananas. On lunch and dinner I eat a salad – it is usually celery, spinach, iceberg lettuce, carrots, bell pepper, tomato, radish, avocado, lemon juice, herbs like dill and chives, lately some micro amounts of chili pepper, a bit of sesame, sunflower and hemp seeds. If I need a dessert then I eat nuts or clementines. On the supper I eat apples, bananas, peaches, nuts, sometimes a green smoothie made with fruits but also with celery some spinach and carrots. This is a main plan but I may snack apples or bananas in between.
